Description

• Lead and mentor the analytics team to foster a culture of excellence and innovation in data analytics • Develop and implement advanced analytics methodologies to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize analytics projects that align with company goals • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analytics, implementing rigorous testing and validation processes • Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and methodologies, staying current with industry best practices and emerging trends • Develop and enforce data governance policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Provide thought leadership in the field of analytics, advocating for the use of data to drive business innovation.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience with managing multiple senior analysts, project organization, deliverable prioritization • Advanced SQL proficiency • Python/Airflow proficiency • Customer reporting and data visualization • Experience with ETL/ELT processes, particularly with healthcare data (clinical, billing, or both) • Analytics infrastructure integration, preferably with DBT and Snowflake
