Description

• Gain a deep understanding of the SmarterDx user and buyer market. • Identify high priorities based on user needs and value. • Identify opportunities for improvement of our data infrastructure and processes. • Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to imagine, gut-check, test, and execute future initiatives. • Understand and work around constraints (e.g. architecture, data availability, security, etc.) • Define and report on active progress towards priorities. • Write and standardize product and technical documentation and role-model strong project management practices. • Lead agile ceremonies and conduct daily stand-ups for Engineering teams. • Develop a roadmap of product enhancements, features, and solutions to continue to innovate and evolve the product.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of healthcare data experience. • 2-3+ years of product management experience for a B2B product • Experience working at an early-stage company or other fast-paced environment • Experience building data platforms and products powered by data • Experience working with engineering and architecture teams • Make data-driven decisions • Engineering experience is a plus
