Description

• Evolve and mature cash application and collection processes with automation • Establish AR aging and DSO goals and track progress • Lead the maintenance and reconciliation of the AR and revenue cycle accounts, financial statement review, and reporting on a monthly basis along with other month-end close activities • Prepare analysis of financial and operational metrics, U.S. GAAP reporting, management reporting, and other compliance reporting • Manage relationships with customers and partners while addressing customer billing issues and questions • Serve as a subject-matter expert on revenue recognition and related accounting policies under ASC 606, providing business support on their interpretation and application • Research accounting issues, perform technical accounting analyses, and implement new accounting guidance • Assist with the annual financial statement audit as well as tax and regulatory filings as needed • Lead strategic financial projects including implementation of new accounting systems and tools • Identify, develop, and implement procedural and system changes to increase accuracy, efficiency and controls

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined Public and Private company experience in revenue and AR operations • Startup experience, where you thrived in a fast-paced environment, is a plus • Experience in healthcare or similar industry knowledge is a plus • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Working knowledge of ASC 606 • Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to articulate complex subject matter to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills • Proficient with key financial tools and ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred) as well as Microsoft Office (Excel) • Licensed CPA, or CPA licensure in progress
