Description

• As a Senior Product Manager - Analytics and Insights, you will own and lead the analytics strategy for the SmithRx Technology Product Leadership. • Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the PM and Analytics worlds. • Leverage data to evaluate ROI, prioritize initiatives, and map impacts to company OKRs. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on analytics and insights. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Looker, Heap). • Experience with OKRs and a solid understanding of how to map and track impacts. • Proven track record of driving data-informed decision-making in a product management role. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences. • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. • Experience in healthcare technology or a related field is a plus.
