Description

• Provide commercial and contract advice to business units • Support the business relationship owner to identify risks and negotiate terms • Drive negotiation to closure and finalize documentation required for contract closure

Requirements

• Intellectually curious self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills • JD from an accredited law school • Active membership in the New York or California bar required • 3+ years of experience in representing issuers and/or underwriters in structured finance ABS transactions • Excellent writing skills and ability to multitask and work independently • Ability to embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
