Description

• Drive delivery of key initiatives through disciplined and effective business analysis, data analysis, and change management • Requirements analysis responsibilities include requirements gathering and documentation, process analysis and documentation (process flow diagrams), development of user stories and business requirements documents (BRDs), mock-ups of screens • Data analysis responsibilities include business / financial analysis, reconciliations and monitoring as well as establishment of data processes and controls that promote data integrity • Support various change management tasks including development of user documents, drafting of change communication memos, and user training • Provide day-to-day support of business technologies to business users • Perform ad hoc analysis based on management’s request • Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvement and technology efficiencies

Requirements

• BA degree • 2-5 years’ experience performing the kinds of business / data analysis and quality assurance work described above • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Strong knowledge of advanced Excel, SQL / VBA a plus • Superior oral & written communication skills • Ability to plan, organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with limited supervision • Strong drive, initiative, and motivation to excel; accuracy and attention to details in work product • Experience supporting the implementation of technology systems or change management initiatives • Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
