• Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in public relations, with experience in both global and regional PR campaigns within beauty, consumer goods or related industries. • Familiarity with the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to help craft and convey clear, persuasive messages to diverse audiences. • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with executives at all levels of the organization. • Proficient in digital communication tools and social media platforms for PR purposes.
