🔄 Hybrid – Manhattan
• Support the Regional Creative Director in the design, and execution of digital e-commerce assets for marketing initiatives • Conceptualize new visual ideas within the existing Global framework • Collaborate with the e-comm design team, copy, and marketing to elevate online presence consistently • Execute design deliverables from concept to completion
• BA/BS/BFA degree in Graphic Design or similar • 7+ years of experience working in relevant fields, beauty experience is a plus • Software requirements: Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects), Figma • A knowledge and foundation of animation is a must • Deep knowledge of the digital world–experience in e-comm, paid media, and social media • Master graphic technician: knowledge and deep understanding of color, resolution, size accuracy, and production • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment • Thoughtful, empathetic, and positive attitude with an infectious personal drive that energizes others • A proactive, self-starter work ethic with the ability to operate independently within a small team • Must be highly collaborative with the ability to understand the objectives of all cross-functional partners and work toward solutions
