Description

• Lead the production of all video and photo content for the Sol de Janeiro brand. • Manage complex projects from concept to completion. • Oversee the end-to-end production process for all video and photo content, ensuring quality. • Collaborate and manage a team of producers and coordinators. • Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Project Management teams on project goals and deliverables. • Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions. • Maintain a high standard of quality across all content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in film, Media Production, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in video and photo production, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of content. • Proven experience leading production teams and managing large-scale projects. • Strong understanding of video production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience working in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus. • Proficiency in production software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
