• Serve as Deputy General Counsel focusing on Corporate Governance, Securities, and Government Affairs • Directly report to the General Counsel and advise the C-Suite • Build and manage legal teams for compliance and potential IPO readiness

Requirements

• 15 + years of relevant law firm and in-house experience • Strong academic credentials and admission to the bar in your state of residence • Experience managing legal professionals and building a team
