Description

• The Email Marketing & CRM Specialist will play a vital role in enhancing lead-nurturing and retention campaigns across email and other key retention channels. • Responsible for driving increased revenue and purchase frequency through segmented and personalized campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience with Braze • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and email performance metrics • Google Analytics and Pardot experience preferred • Familiarity with email marketing best practices for revenue generation • Knowledge of list segmentation strategies • Understanding of email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM, segmentation, list/data extension management, KPIs, etc.
