• Building the next generation of API infrastructure • Providing a stripe-like developer experience • Writing code that writes code • Generating code for GitHub Open Source Repositories • Building virality through stamping repositories with 'Powered By Speakeasy' • Developing a web interface in React, Typescript, Golang • Supporting customers in different languages and technologies • Shipping code quickly and continuously to production • Balancing between in-person collaboration and remote work • Diving deep into technical challenges and operationalizing new technologies • Being a builder for builders • Possessing great product sense and experience in building infrastructure products • Having a high sense of technical ownership and desire to please the customer • Working on internal platform engineering teams, developer tools, developer productivity, or infrastructure products at scale • Experiencing building and maintaining APIs • Being a generalist and polyglot engineer working across the stack • Writing foundational lines of code for long-term core products • Bonus: Experience with code generation, transpilation, synthesis, building or extending core web frameworks • Bonus: Expertise with OpenAPI, Code mods, linters, building SDKs or other tooling for REST APIs • Bonus: Expertise using LLMs for code generation or code completion

• Polyglots with the ability to understand and support customers in multiple languages and technologies • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment • Enthusiasm for technical challenges • Empathy for developers and an enthusiasm for developer-first products • Willingness to dive deep into technical domains and understand the details • Experience with internal platform engineering, developer tools, developer productivity, or infrastructure products at scale
