Description
• Advocate for and promote the importance of diversity in business environments • Build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with business stakeholders • Effectively communicate Specialisterne’s service offerings while increasing awareness of hiring neurodivergent talent • Represent Specialisterne in various sales and marketing-related forums • Coordinate the development of business proposals and close business deals
Requirements
• A degree, diploma or certificate in Business, Commerce, Finance, HR Management, Non-profit Leadership, Macro Social Work and/or Public Policy or a related field, or equivalent experience • Demonstrated experience and proven success in a sales, business development or consulting role in a private corporate sector and/or non-profit environment • Experience summarizing or visualizing current pipeline activities with tools such as HubSpot, similar CRM systems, or Excel is nice to have but not required
