Description

• Create rational, articulable, elegant solutions to complex problems. • Design concepts for the platform that are usable, educational, and relevant. • Support in building consensus around design solutions. • Be data-driven and have an interest in measuring and improving the experience. • Contribute to OKRs, product strategy, vision, and roadmap by working closely with PM and Engineering partners. • Help define key metrics in order to track success and business impact. • Partner with user research and testing, ensuring usability and product consistency. • Collaborate with our Design Systems team to ensure your work integrates into our ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design. • Simplifies complex data into actionable design tasks. • Proficient in Figma and prototyping both large concepts and micro-interactions. • Strong visual design expertise in consistency, color, typography, and animation. • Experience with UX methodologies for complex systems (service blueprints, user journeys, usability testing). • Systems approach to designing large concepts and micro-interactions. • Effective at storytelling and tailoring presentations for different audiences. • Supports aligning design with brand voice.
