• Squint is searching for Software Engineers! • Build the Squint platform, focusing on frontend and full-stack projects. • Make decisions on the technology stack and influence the product roadmap and design. • Help create and grow a world-class engineering culture.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. • 4+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer. • Experience with one or more of the following areas (or related technologies): • Building world-class web product experiences • Modern web technologies: React, Typescript, Tailwind, Next, SSR • Backend technologies: Node, Typescript, Python • Databases: Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or Non-relational (MongoDB, Firestore) • Track record of creating scalable, performant, and well-documented software. • High energy, clarity of communication, curiosity, and empathy. • Team-oriented, collaborative, and high-ownership mindset. • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
