Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing efforts. • This role is pivotal in communicating the unique value of Stensul's platform to the market, driving demand, and positioning our solutions as essential tools for modern marketers. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to develop and execute marketing strategies that highlight our product’s benefits and drive growth. • Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and market penetration. • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Craft compelling and differentiated messaging that clearly communicates the value of Stensul’s solutions. • Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and demand. • Lead the launch of new and enhanced products into the marketplace. • Equip the sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively communicate Stensul’s value proposition and drive sales. • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to refine product messaging and identify new opportunities for growth. • Partner with product management to provide market feedback and influence product development. • Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on SaaS or technology products. Experience in marketing technology or platforms is a plus. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns. • Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape and trends. Familiarity with ESPs/MAPs, project management platforms, and digital asset management systems is advantageous. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging and present to various audiences. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize performance. • 3+ years managing a team of product marketers • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
