Description
• Establish Research as a practice in Stensul, while acting as a domain expert • Advocate passionately for the users and potential users of our platform • Proactively identify research projects with Product and Business partners • Plan and execute end-to-end research plans, consisting of appropriate methods • Distill research findings into high-quality, actionable insights and reports • Inform the Product and Design strategy of the Stensul platform via compelling, actionable research findings • Work independently in a dynamic environment, managing both scrappy day-to-day research and more rigorous, long-term foundational research efforts • Management and curation of the Stensul research repository • Occasional travel to client sites and industry events to interact with people who use our platform
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 5+ years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience, or a PhD in a relevant field with 1+ year relevant experience • Previous experience in a User Experience, Product Design, or Applied Research setting, using relevant qualitative user research methods • Previous experience with quantitative research methods, including surveying, modeling, and statistical analysis • Experience coding with SPSS, R, SQL, or equivalent and experience connecting to existing data sources. • Experience applying statistical analysis methods such as Regressions, ANOVA, and T-Tests • Experience creating compelling strategic narratives from research findings
