Description

• Manage complex calendars and schedules for executive team members – especially the CEO -- ensuring optimal time allocation for meetings, appointments, and commitments. • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for executive team members, optimizing efficiency and minimizing disruptions. • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and organizing meetings. • Serve as a liaison between executive team members and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and information flow. • Assist with special projects and initiatives, contributing to the achievement of company objectives and strategic goals. • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters pertaining to the executive team and the organization as a whole. • Collaborate with colleagues across departments, offering support and assistance as needed, embodying the spirit of teamwork and shared responsibility. • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to evolving priorities, demonstrating resilience and composure in fast-paced environments. • Act as a multiuse tool within the organization, readily taking on diverse tasks and responsibilities to support the overall operational effectiveness of SRC.

Requirements

• Proven experience in executive support roles or similar administrative positions. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Proficiency in calendar management software and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances with agility and resourcefulness. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering teamwork and cooperation among colleagues. • High degree of discretion and integrity, with a commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards. • Positive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges, embodying a proactive and solution-oriented approach. • Alignment with SRC's culture of shared responsibility and willingness to contribute across various areas as part of a cohesive team.
