Description
• Develop programs and processes around Stripe's card network changes • Ensure awareness of ongoing card network announcements • Drive operational efficiency as changes are made • Oversee Card Network release management and updates process for Stripe • Provide thought leadership around complex network initiatives • Collaborate with product owners to build roadmap and refine demand backlog • Interact with external network partners • Serve as a Stripe advocate to ensure Card Networks consider Stripe's perspective • Consult user-facing teams on network changes • Manage the waiver request process with strategic-thinking
Requirements
• 8-10+ years of payments industry work experience • Deep understanding of Acquiring platforms and systems • Experience working with card networks and card network rules/documents • Track record of working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams • Strong program and project management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance • Identify cross functional issues and provide innovative solutions
