Description
• Build and own technical operations relationships with financial institution partners • Work cross-functionally with various Stripe teams to build integrations, products, support deals, and drive process enhancements • Identify inefficiencies in operating models and provide solutions • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for new implementations • Define and implement metrics to measure and improve partner health • Assist with incident resolution when needed
Requirements
• 7+ years of technical project/program management and/or business operations experience • Experience managing external relationships • Ability to successfully drive medium-to-large sized technical projects with external partners and internal stakeholders • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities • Understanding of technical system architecture and requirements • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) • Willingness to travel when necessary
