Description

• You take the lead in building out a Tax Credit Desk, driving transaction volume with lead generation from STX’s renewable energy origination desks and corporate advisory teams • Be responsible for structuring and leading negotiations, closing transactions, and bringing financing innovation to the US transferable tax credit space

Requirements

• Extensive (>7 years) client facing tax equity experience, preferably in a transaction-leading role in a blue-chip advisory service • Preferably strong network among buyers of tax equity instruments with focus on ITCs and PTCs • Extensive experience in structuring (complex) transactions • Experience in building durable partnerships. • Strong strategic and commercial mindset to drive both longer-term vision and shorter-term opportunities
