Description

•Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and key metrics. Present findings to senior leadership; •Forecasting and Planning: Support sales forecasting and planning activities by providing accurate data analysis and insights. Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales targets and quotas; •CRM Management: Contribute to the administration and optimization of the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). Ensure data integrity, implement enhancements, and provide training to sales teams; •Territory Building: Develop and optimize sales territories to ensure balanced distribution of opportunities and resources. Analyze territory performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize sales coverage and effectiveness; •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis; •Strategic Initiatives: Lead and participate in strategic projects and initiatives aimed at driving sales growth and operational efficiency; •Data Management and Administration: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in data structures. Create and maintain single-source-of-truth data tables.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; •5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the SaaS industry; •Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights; •High-level of competence in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools (e.g., Clari); •Excellent Google Sheets and data visualization skills (e.g., CRM Analytics). •Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices; •Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; •Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders; •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; •Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
