Description
• Work with our database and lead generation team to consistently build lists of companies hiring • Write customized messaging content for email campaigns and LinkedIn messaging • Send email campaigns daily with our email automation software (outreach.io) • Send messages via LinkedIn to prospects • Managing multiple inboxes (emails, LinkedIn profiles, etc) and nurturing potential leads • Setting your leads up with our Account Managers for client calls • Working on improving email credibility, preventing our emails from going to spam, and ensuring high open rates of emailsThe job opening for a Sr. • Business Development Manager at Synapse International consists of: • Work with our database and lead generation team to consistently build lists of companies hiring • Write customized messaging content for email campaigns and LinkedIn messaging • Send email campaigns daily with our email automation software (outreach.io) • Send messages via LinkedIn to prospects • Managing multiple inboxes (emails, LinkedIn profiles, etc) and nurturing potential leads • Setting your leads up with our Account Managers for client calls • Working on improving email credibility, preventing our emails from going to spam, and ensuring high open rates of emails
Requirements
• Strong writing and communication skills • Excellent command of grammar and English • Experience with email marketing • Detail-oriented • Passionate about helping people • Interest in exploring exciting new industries • Strong work ethic • Proven ability to work independently and remotely • Proven ability to build relationships • Strong organizational skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proven ability to work with a team
