Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in user experience design, design systems, or related fields. • Proficient in user-centered design methods and techniques. • 1+ years of experience working with Figma. • Strong understanding of UX deliverables such as site maps, wireframes, and style guides. • Proficiency in UI deliverables including interaction design, prototyping, and responsive web design. • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator), Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word) • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and promote open communication.
