• Develop, extend, and lead a content architecture capability responsible for the continued maintenance and refinement of Tahzoo’s DITA implementation, including content models, templates, usage guidelines, training, and content architecture review and change control processes. • Provide consulting services around ECM (Enterprise Content Management) and BPM (Business Process Management) solutions, AI and LLMs. • Perform necessary business and system analysis to gather all pertinent data related to content issues for Tahzoo clients. • Work with clients and business domain experts to plan, develop, deploy, document, and support CMS and Process Improvement solutions, AI and LLMs. • Work closely with Tahzoo engineers to understand and manage BPM strategies, policies, governance and information architecture recommendations. • Identify content-related business requirements and work with the client and Tahzoo teams to develop a strategy to deliver business results. • Identify opportunities to improve support processes through automated utilities; design and implement solutions. • Provide technical guidance and advanced training to clients who interface with Tahzoo-architected systems.
• At least 4 years' experience in an Information Architect and or Content Strategy role, ideally in a professional services or agency environment • Demonstrated working knowledge of DITA • Working knowledge of LLMs and CMS systems • Strong understanding of content types • Proven ability to create detailed content models • Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong problem-solving capabilities
