Description
• Lead the design of new product features, from concept to launch • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers and data analysts • Develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile products • Communicate design solutions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and teams • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and validate ideas • Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to the team
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience • Knowledge of English sufficient to communicate with colleagues • Strong working knowledge of Figma • Understanding of user-centered design processes and methodologies • Experience operating with design systems • Self-directed, energetic, and collaborative workstyle across remote teams • Ability to work within both well-defined requirements or with ambiguity and flexibility • The ability to propose and present your ideas and advocate them • Genuine, mature personality, that encourages and provides constructive feedback
