Description
• Provide project estimates and high-level project plans • Ensure successful execution of project plan • Approve project-related time & expense charges • Strategically advise customers on technology deployment • Identify future projects and opportunities • Guide Program team on implementation methodology • Ensure professional and acceptable quality of deliverables
Requirements
• Excellent change management skills • Strong team leader • Ability to influence and collaborate • Strong communication skills • 10+ years professional experience • 5-7+ years experience implementing ERP's • 5+ years experience in ERP project management/program management • Experience in managing large projects & budgets • Experience leading and managing a Program Team • Proven experience managing multiple project assignments simultaneously • Deep functional knowledge of core business processes • Microsoft Partner or ERP Partner experience as a dedicated PM • Construction, Energy, or Manufacturing Industry experience • Worked for 2 or fewer companies in the past 5 years • Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, or equivalent experience • PMP Certifications are desirable
