Description

• Execute and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deploy campaigns across various channels. • Implement data-based hypotheses for segmentation strategies and KPI optimization. • Manage multiple campaigns and projects at different stages efficiently. • Collaborate with creative stakeholders to develop new creative concepts and messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing operations for a direct-to-consumer brand. • Strong proficiency within Braze required (Braze certification preferred). • Proficient in data visualization platforms (Mixpanel). • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation best practices for consumer-facing businesses. • Extensive experience in HTML and CSS. • Working knowledge of deliverability, email analytics, CAN-SPAM, triggered campaigns, overall email best practices, and segmentation. • Experience with SMS and Push Notification delivery.
