Description
• Develop enhancements and new features within the Talos Portfolio Engineering platform. • Involved in the full life cycle of the development process including requirements gathering.
Requirements
• 5+ years experience with Java based technologies and frameworks. • Python data-science experience desirable (numpy, pandas) • Solid understanding of Java concurrency and high-throughput design. • Solid understanding of distributed system architectures. • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and tools (Git, Jira). • Experience developing REST based and Websocket protocols. • Familiarity with cloud technologies from AWS or GCP is desirable. • Solid experience working with and interfacing to SQL databases. • Understanding of statistical regression (OLS, GLS, WLS) is desirable. • Familiarity with constraint based optimization concepts is desirable.
