Description
• Provide scientific, technical, and hands-on leadership in formulation development and manufacturing • Lead formulation and process development of products for ocular, oral, and dermal routes • Manage relationships with CMOs and oversee documentation related to production
Requirements
• B.S. /M.S./Ph.D. in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related Science fields • Minimum of 12 years of engineering work experience in pharmaceutical development • At least 5 years of people management experience • Strong understanding of development, scale-up, validation and technology transfer • Scientific knowledge relevant to formulation and process development • Drug product manufacturing process design and scale-up • Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) compliance • Aseptic manufacturing and combination product experience preferred
