Description
• Lead photography and videography teams • Develop and execute creative content strategy • Provide creative direction and collaboration with marketers and creatives • Problem-solving and quality control for visual content • Manage vendor and talent relationships • Stay current with industry trends and implement innovative techniques
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Photography, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a creative related field • 7+ years of experience in production, with a focus on photography and videography • Proven experience in a creative agency • Exceptional eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, software, and editing tools • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Flexibility to travel and work on-location as needed
