Description

•Lead teams of internal and external resources to manage and deliver a projects safely, on time, within budget and to required specifications.

Requirements

•Four-year degree in engineering, construction management or construction-related course of study from an accredited school or equivalent combination of education, technical training, and/or related experience in the electrical contractor or comparable industry. •Minimum of five years’ Project Management experience in Electrical Construction Projects related to Energy and Mobility. •Experience developing cost estimates and scope of work requirements for electrical construction projects. •Ability to independently manage multiple large projects. •Must possess interpersonal and influencing skills to engage and work alongside other TechFlow employees and team members to drive performance improvements. •Strong presentation and written communication skills. •Excellent organizational and decision making/problem solving skills. •Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments. •Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. •Eligibility to obtain and sustain DOD Secret level Security Clearance.
