• Assume ownership of assigned project(s) and drive them to success. • Lead engaging Quarterly Partnership Reviews, making meetings unforgettable. • Anticipate client needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations. • Keep the communication flowing with timely updates and swift issue escalations. • Get innovative with improvement strategies to keep projects on track. • Propose new tools and equipment to take client satisfaction to the next level. • Drive continuous improvement with valuable metrics and KPIs. • Ensure harmony in test strategies and escalate issues to QA Managers when needed. • Optimize Test Design to leave clients wanting more. • Manage holiday approvals while keeping operations smooth. • Keep staffing needs in check by proactively communicating with the Resource Manager. • Lead your team to success and help them grow in their roles. • Recognize outstanding team members during staff evaluations and appraisals. • Deliver quotes and estimates that keep clients coming back for more. • Track time and costs meticulously to keep projects on budget. • Use feedback from CSAT Surveys to refine your approach. • Maintain strict adherence to security procedures and policies. • Lead by example by championing company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Discuss scheduling updates with the Resource Manager and Project Management Team Lead, ensuring smooth coordination and effective planning. • Drive staff development and contingency plans across team structures, fostering growth opportunities for all team members. • Lead and guide QA Project Leads and Associate QA Leads on assigned clients and projects, fostering collaboration and teamwork. • Measure and analyze project metrics to enhance team performance and efficiency, ensuring projects stay on track. • Prepare and send spend reports, providing clear financial updates and addressing client inquiries with professionalism. • Provide internal updates on client satisfaction and project status, keeping everyone informed and motivated. • Resolve shortages, conflicts, or priority calls with the Resource Manager and Project Management Team Lead, promoting teamwork and problem-solving. • Support commercial or management level discussions with clients, contributing to strategic decision-making and fostering strong client relationships.
