•Tetra is transforming the clean energy industry through transparency and efficiency. •Seeking a dynamic Growth Associate to manage paid media campaigns. •Develop and execute paid media strategies for user acquisition. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive growth strategies.
Requirements
•Experience in Data Analysis and Optimization: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Looker/Tableau, and capable of driving growth decisions through data insights. •Experience Working with Agencies: Experience in managing relationships with advertising agencies and other third parties, with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of collaborations. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills. •Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. •Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changes quickly. •Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or other analytics platforms. •1-2 Years of In platform ad experience
