Description

• The Account Manager role serves as a center of excellence for post-sale programs, which include newsletter sponsorships, live and virtual events, and custom programs • Acts as a client advocate and works with internal departments to ensure that client expectations are exceeded • Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and drive renewal through successful management of campaigns • Serving as the main POC in delivering on clients' objectives and KPIs, coordinating end-to-end execution and optimization of client campaigns

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in media account management and white-glove client services • Strong organizational skills - ability to manage multiple, deadline-driven, projects with cross-functional groups at the same time • Highly detail-oriented individual • Basic understanding of digital media planning, performance, and ad operations • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills • The ability to work effectively in a team environment • Proactive thinker who looks for ways to improve efficiency and solve challenges • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
