Requirements
• Strong communicator • Passion for making large scale systematic improvements • Expert in building and tuning large scale data pipelines in Spark • Experience building complex data pipelines in Airflow • Track record of leading engineers with a wide range of experience • Ability to work on finding solutions to algorithmic, optimization, and scale challenges • Engineering fundamentals • Ability to work from first principles to evaluate solutions • Broadly skilled engineer accustomed to developing web services • Product-focused mindset • Confidence and lack of ego • Creative thinker
