Description

• Lead our data engineering and analytics engineering efforts. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our data initiatives align with strategic objectives. • Provide technical leadership and feedback to senior and lead individual contributors. • Collaborate with Business, Product, and Technology partners.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-impact data and analytics engineering projects. • Demonstrated expertise in modern data stack components and infrastructure. • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is essential. • Extensive experience in data modeling, including star-schema and events-based modeling, preferably using dbt. • Proven ability to ensure data reliability, accuracy, and security. • Ability to lead communications across multiple levels, from detailed technical designs with engineering to product initiatives with key business stakeholders.
