• You will be the first hire for our Customer Experience (CX) Team • Represent Tilt online at all times with a positive, customer-first attitude • Provide excellent customer service via e-mail and/or chat • Quickly responding to and resolving customer issues regarding orders, payments, fulfilment and payouts • Helping users with any inquiries or issues regarding onboarding • Handling sensitive or confidential information • Sharing common customer issues with the team to improve processes and fix root causes
• Fluent in English • Excellent communication skills • 1+ years of experience handling support via email or chat • Willingness to work different shifts (incl. weekends) • Ability to work under pressure • Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations • Experience with Zendesk or similar platforms • Bonus: • Knowledge of the fashion industry • Previous start-up experience • Fluency in multiple languages
