Description

• As the VP of Marketing, responsible for shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy • Lead a dynamic team and collaborate across departments to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth • Work closely with the CRO to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals • Lead the development of marketing plans for products and services • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success departments • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones • Monitor key performance indicators related to marketing campaigns

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position, at a Director/VP level • 4+ years of experience in the B2B SaaS or tech industry, especially in workforce management or HR Tech • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in the up market customer segments • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and leveraging partner networks • Direct experience in demand generation, email marketing and aligning content strategies around product launch and release schedules • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies in a SaaS environment • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and scaling marketing teams in a remote environment around the globe • MUST have analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making • MUST have deep understanding of Hubspot enterprise hubs, as well as necessary tools to run ABM Campaigns and data enrichment • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
