Description
• Technical Product Manager and Product Owner roles • Drives innovation around Blockchain products • Develops, documents, and executes a comprehensive plan to understand user needs • Iterates on product scope and ensures timely development of highly complex technical products • Manages backlog and drives product development using agile methodology • Actively seeks user feedback to focus on solving problems • Demonstrates data-driven approach to product decisions • Tracks, measures, analyzes, and communicates relevant KPIs as well as product development progress • Collaborates with designers to quickly iterate on UI implementations when necessary • Manages and supports new product launches in collaboration with other departments • Works closely with the Ecosystem Team for accurate technical documentation and problem resolution during partner integrations.
Requirements
• 5+ years in technical product management or technical product owner role, working closely with both businesses and developers in data-driven B2B/B2C initiatives and consumer-facing experience • Structured and organized written/verbal communication • Highly motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to context-switch efficiently from - understanding user's need to getting into the technical detail • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience • Start-up experience in fast-paced environments working in agile, cross-functional teams • Experience using Web3 technologies. Nice to have: Web3 Product experience and Software development experience
