Description
• Analyze and document existing business processes, pinpointing inefficiencies and opportunities for streamlining operations • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that effectively address identified business needs • Collaborate with developers throughout the build and implementation phases of technology-based solutions • Maintain a current understanding of best practices and updates for relevant tools and technologies, ensuring optimal utilization throughout the organization • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive systems design elements, including documentation, workflows, diagrams, data migration rules, and other deliverables • Leverage external industry data, competitor intelligence, and market research to gain deeper business insights and inform strategic decision-making • Convert data analysis results into clear, actionable strategies for operational improvements • Track the implementation of established strategies and assess their impact on overall operational performance
Requirements
• 3-5 years of strong experience in a Business Analyst role or a directly related field • Experience in the financial industry (not mandatory, but it is a plus) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of issues, interpret data, and develop clear, actionable recommendations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Thrive in a work environment that allows you to manage projects independently while also collaborating seamlessly within a team setting • Calm and focused approach to high-pressure situations
