• Strategic Hiring: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our GTM, Sales, and Business Operations functions, ensuring a seamless and candidate-friendly experience. • Talent Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates. • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies. • Brand Ambassador: Represent Traba's culture and values, providing candidates with a vivid picture of the opportunities and growth potential at our company. • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve our hiring processes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in GTM, Sales, or Business Operations roles. • Strong understanding of the staffing needs and challenges within the technology sector. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and inspire candidates. • A strategic mindset, capable of thinking big while paying attention to details. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits

• Competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 a year
