• Direct communication and management of the team • Monitoring performance and quality metrics • Taking corrective actions to improve efficiency when necessary • Managing different functions for program results • Budget management • Participation in team training • Risk management at the team level
Requirements
• 1-2 years of project and team coordination/management experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Fluent in English • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) • Flexibility to support field operations with an irregular schedule • Experience in preparing reports and presentations • Ability to work with large volumes of information • Strong team management and stress resistance • Remote team management skills • Detail-oriented and proactive thinking • Experience in fleet management/logistics is a plus • Previous experience in training new team members is a plus
