Description

• Provide on-site technical support to internal team • Respond to helpdesk tickets and assist remote users • Work closely with People Team and Office Manager • Collaborate with global IT and security team • Manage user accounts and permissions • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in IT Helpdesk, with a focus on MacBook systems • Experience with Google Workspace, JumpCloud, or equivalent services • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems for efficient support management • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams • Relevant IT certifications are a plus • Ability to work onsite Monday to Friday
