Description

• The Growth Team is in charge of expanding Upstart’s reach to the millions of Americans without access to affordable credit. • Looking for a full-stack growth marketing manager to help grow new products sustainably through compelling and creative ways. • Oversee product’s P&L to determine omni-channel allocation based on optimization, incrementality and experiments, and overall business goals. • Drive continuous improvements in messaging, creative, and channel to increase conversion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2C marketing experience • Experience driving growth while managing contribution margin. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field • Experience working with and/or managing cross-functional teams • Background in Growth Marketing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity • Highly driven and results-oriented work ethic • Experience engaging in on-the-ground activation and field marketing to activate specific geographies • Think big mentality with an ability to sell through their ideas • This candidate must be data driven and be able to influence without status Quo
