• We’re looking for an amazing People Operations Manager who will support and strengthen the employee experience through a high level of empathy and action, ensuring a consistent and optimal remote work experience for our team as well as operational excellence for People Operations. This role reports directly to the VP of People and will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing people programs, policies, and processes related to: onboarding, offboarding, systems, data, payroll, total rewards, benefits and leave administration, and compliance, in partnership with the VP of People.
• 5+ years of progressive HR/ People Operations experience that includes developing and implementing people programs in a high-growth environment in the US and internationally • Strong knowledge of global employment laws, regulations, benefits, and compliance requirements • Operational expertise, proven track record of process improvement, documentation and systems integrations • Strong analytical, organizational and facilitation skills • Capable of managing, negotiating, and building effective relationships with vendors • Successful track record of establishing credibility and trust amongst a remote workforce • Practical knowledge of local and government policies related to leaves, ADA, wage & hour and other payroll policies • Has experience working with benefits broker and negotiating benefits renewals
