Description

• As a Senior product designer at ustwo, you’ll be in the detail tackling complex business and user problems • Collaborate proactively and iteratively work with various project teams and clients to achieve the best results • Create and refine user flows and interactions for complex systems, delivering engaging designs for global audiences across platforms while effectively managing project timelines and budgets • Lead research efforts, including stakeholder interviews, user sessions, and design workshops • Give and receive feedback from other designers and cross-disciplinary partners • Contribute actively to the design team culture by participating in critiques, sharing inspiration, and fostering a collaborative environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of cross-platform design experience (Web, Android, iOS) • Demonstrated product experience from discovery to scale • Ability to create beautiful, functional, and delightful interfaces, with core strengths in visual design spanning UI, brand, iconography, and art direction • Experience working with common prototyping tools (Origami, Framer) • Experience in user research and usability testing • Strong knowledge of design tools and workflows • Proficiency in, and examples of, how you resolve difficult design challenges • A solid understanding of how behavior and transition impact design • Confident storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills • An interest in gaming/play is a bonus!
