• Assess and understand the needs of buyers and manufacturers • Source, build, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers • Connect relevant suppliers to buyers' needs • Help buyers close deals for raw materials • Implement negotiation strategies • Build scalable methods for managing multiple projects • Onboard suppliers onto the Valdera platform

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in raw material supply chain management and procurement • Expert negotiator managing technical projects • Proficiency in chemistry, raw materials, and ingredients • Familiarity with chemical and material purchasing documents • Excellent attention to detail and velocity • Ability to understand suppliers' feedstock and manufacturing processes • Ability to communicate material challenges and recommendations clearly
