Description
• Design, build, and maintain the data processing platform • Design, build, and maintain the query and data infrastructure • Work directly with founders on feature discovery, ideation, and delivery • Work closely with software engineers to propose solutions • Measure performance and tweak data architecture
Requirements
• BA/BS degree with 8+ years of professional working experience • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environment • Comfortable developing scalable and extendable core services • Experience with Snowflake, Hive, Redshift, Clickhouse • Experience with Trino, Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Kafka • Developed and tuned highly scalable distributed systems • Experience in reliability engineering • Kind person • Monitoring and observability expertise • Experience with cloud infrastructure • Relevant Data Visualization / financial product experience • Ruby on Rails, Redshift, Clickhouse, DuckDB, Postgres, Stimulus, Sidekiq, Terraform, AWS, ECS, Lambda
