• Play a critical role in keeping Vantage’s people programs and processes on track, evolving, and thriving • Partner closely with the CEO, CTO, and org leaders providing solutions to employee-related matters • Exposed to and able to impact the employee life-cycle, shaping the employee experience by executing, administering, and building thoughtful, business critical, and people-focused programs • Drive change across a rapidly-growing and diverse organization • Execute the people strategy, drive business results, and create an amazing people experience for all Vantage employees

Requirements

• At least 10 years of broad HR experience having scaled fast-paced, startup environments from early stages • Partnered closely with business leaders to build and support high-performing teams across multiple functions • Have experience owning several people-related programs at once in a dynamic environment • Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, taking initiative to move projects forward and deliver results on time • Enjoy actively listening to and communicating with people • Have a track record of personal accountability and a high standard of integrity and professionalism • Independently recognize and create opportunities for process/program improvement and have a track record of improving/streamlining when appropriate • Desire to work onsite in the SoHo office multiple days a week • Kind person

Benefits

• Estimated annual US base salary range for this role is $185,000 - $235,000 • Additional benefits may include: equity, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, education stipends
